Using Your Bretts Account

To place orders on your existing Bretts 30‑day account, drop our online support team a note and we’ll set you up. This may take a couple of minutes. Send connection request now

Connecting to your account gives you access to your company’s account pricing and payment terms. If you don’t connect, credit card payment options are available and standard trade pricing will apply. If you don't have a Bretts account, please complete our online application.

How to Connect to Your Bretts Account

  1. Send a request to [email protected] from the email address you want to use. Include your first and last name, company account name, and best contact number.
  2. Look for an email from Bretts Online Trade with the subject “You’ve been invited to shop with Bretts Online Trade.”
  3. Click the Log in button in that email.
  4. You will receive a one‑time verification code via email. Log in with that code.
  5. You can have multiple emails connected to your account, allowing supervisors, purchasing or estimating staff to place orders on your account.
  6. To connect your staff allowing them to purchase on your account notify [email protected].

Once logged in, you’ll see your company name (e.g., BuildCo Pty Ltd – Brisbane HQ) displayed in your account settings. Your company’s account prices and checkout options will automatically appear, and you can start placing orders using your company’s payment terms and delivery address.

Any orders you place will be live on our system and charged to your connected account. After that, the usual Bretts delivery process will take over.
