LevelMaster adjustable, house stumps, step stringers and bracing.

LevelMaster is a patented product that is stronger, easier and faster than using traditional stumps. The install speed and ease of adjustment reduces total onsite labour.

LevelMaster stumps have a built in retainer nut providing a quick and inexpensive fix when ground movement is an issue, helping aleviate walls cracking.

There are two kinds of connectors. Weld-on, for situations where maximum strength is required (eg cyclone rated areas). Weld-on connectors will be specified by design engineers to meet or exceed wind rating uplifts. Screw-on, which is secured using 14g Class 4 TEK screw. This connection meets or will exceed most building requirements up to N3 wind ratings. Screw-on connectors require no on-site welding.

All LevelMaster Stump connectors, bases and tops have been treated to a hot dipped galvanising process to increase durability and extend stump life.

In the past, house stumping or re-blocking could take up to 3 weeks to level a house. LevelMaster tools can get your house level in less than half of that time.

Other stumping methods can be costly to install, as they require specialist tradesmen with high ongoing costs. LevelMaster on the other hand is quick and simple to install saving on labour.

Adjustable

The maximum legal height for repacking to level with traditional re-stumping/house levelling is 50mm. In contrast LevelMaster house stumps have a screw height adjustment of up to 120mm. The stump remains adjustable for the life of the building.

Top connectors are available to suit the most common post sizes:
Screw-on connectors - 75mm, 90mm and 100mm posts.
Weld-on connectors - 75mm, 90mm, 100mm and 150mm posts.
Screw pile connectors - 76mm, 90mm and 114mm piles.

Stump tops come in 16 different types and sizes; corners, tees, end of bearer, vertical plates, stirrups and container locks.

Base plates are available for casting into concrete or as bolt down with 2 or 4 hole options. Base plates are also available to suit SureFoot foundations.

Adjustable stair stringers

All stringers are hot dip galvanised after fabrication, resulting in corrosion protection inside and out.

LevelMaster adjustable stair stringer base has been properly engineered and designed. Therefore all stair stringers are manufactured to the requirements of the Australian Building code and to suit standard rise 175mm and going 250mm measurements.

Adjustable stringers come in two types, cast in or bolt down and from 1 tread up to 17 tread.
